Purchased whole house water treatment system with remineralization addon and reverse osmosis filter system for drinking water. 5 stars!  Family Water Treatment is worthy of your consideration and business in all ways possible.  From sales to service and every touchpoint in between, they offer top shelf results. I am skeptical of every sales person and his/her pitch.  I get a certain satisfaction in being prepared with facts and knowledge that I use to challenge the "pitch".  I also take time to get documented assertions of the products I will purchase and the follow up services and quality I can expect. The salesman was very professional, available, honest, and knowledgeable.  There were many technical questions he did not know the answers to.  He always had the answers to me within the hour no matter thr time of day.  I got hung up on some of the specifications and he patiently pulled back the veil of how they can be misleading and explained to me in terms that made perfect sense.  I am a stubborn old man and it's hard for me to admit I was wrong.   But his confident and knowledgeable dialigue allowed the products to sell themselves. The installation was scheduled promptly and we received updates about the purchase process, warranty, and post installation services in a timely fashion. The installation guy knew his stuff.  He estimated 4 hours and he was on his way after 3.  He was polite, professional, and available for our questions.  He gave me a thorough walk through of his work.  It was done in our crawl space, but you'd think it was in our kitchen.  Everything was aligned and cleanly connected.  Piping all secured and neat. The back office people, not surpriingly, are extremely nice and responsive.  I had to call about a few questions about pricing and add-ons.  One call was about a holiday sale they were running and they immediately honored it.  I also asked for a written amendment to our contract that more precisely described the make and model of all the components I purchased. Done within the hour.  Lastly, I had small nit noid issue with the osmosis system connection to our fridge water and icemaker.  They has a person out here the next business day to install an extension tank at no charge. The process from start to finish was easy, customer focused and their team is incredibly professional and kind!  Justin listened to our concerns and answered all our questions.  He recommended the system that best fit our needs with multiple different options, including letting us know we didn’t have to install everything at once, that we could install one system at a time.  Price was perfect and better than the other two companies we had quotes from.  Amanda was on top of scheduling our installation date as quickly as possible and within the timeframe we were told was available with their schedule.  Leading up to install date, received reminders and on install date our installers, Tate and Gavin, called to let us know they were on their way.  The guys were amazing! They made sure everything was going where I expected it to go, and that ALL my questions were answered.  They even demonstrated and walked me through each system.
